She told the committee time and time again all she wants is whats best for fans, if there is a god he'd have sent lighting, tidal wave, earthquake and everything else for her lies.

Just to make my feelings clear, I grudgingly grunt this praise; arms folded. I don’t want anyone thinking I’m smiling and waving a KB & the Sunshine Band flag.

Re: Her Ladyship
No, she always comes across as a crafty, snidey, devious, line her own pockets, cold-hearted wrong-un.

Agree on the cunt bit, although COUNT would be more appropriate with the sly old trollop.

Re: Her Ladyship
this mess is her (the other two) fault! i'm not gonna give her kudos for squeezing more money out of a public body.

they can buy the stadium for whatever price they want but it will still be shit.

the only solution is knocking it down - and that will never happen.

Sold, my good man. Though she is of course tit endowed snake, guilty of so much slimy work, in the grand scheme of things, she did indeed play a blinder in this meeting.

But no, all is certainly not forgiven, but credit where it’s due.

If anything can ever be done to give us a small chance of getting something half decent, that meeting went as well as it could have.

I wouldn’t mind tuning in to when the assembly grill LS185 and E20.

I'm clued up when it comes to talking about malt whisky and rendering lard but I don't expect my arse to be rimmed as a consequence.

exactly. credit where credit's due. bashing where bashing's due. such a ridiculous black and white viewpoint we all are expectantly forced to adopt these days.

She always comes across as very clued up and sharp when talking about the financials.

Doesnt stop her being a total cunt though.

Re: Her Ladyship
Yes RPI is significantly worse than CPI if youre the payer. About 1% a year worse.

That said there is at the moment very strong pressure on a re-indexisation of RPI. It's known to be a poor statistic and the government would like to be paying less on its RPI indexed bonds. he ONS is currently looking into it.

So she's still conning people thinking of her own her own personal wealth.
The 3 stooges are just greedy bastards couldn't give a monkeys about our football club. It's criminal what they've fucking done.
Can't wait to see the back of the lying, two-bob merchants. They'll come unstuck eventually.

The contract is less generous over time though as it's linked to RPI not CPI.

For illustration, if we take today's RPI\\CPI figures and apply it for the duration of the contract we will be paying £56 mil in rent in year 99 under RPI as opposed to £21 mil under CPI.

Sullivan is the only person who's mentioned the RPI index so it's definitely on his mind. I know we all won't be around to see this in 99 years, but I think it's the sort of detail Sullivan would like to sort out before he leaves us or this world. This would mean a ground purchase at some point I think.

They could have been trotting this out as a response to complaints we are paying low rent. I'm thinking they may not have because they don't want to weaken a purchase negotiating position in the future. The longer we wait the weaker our hand.
